This week, from March 17^th  to 21^st , we are exhibiting for the first time in the special Spas, Pools & Wellness area at the ISH trade fair in Frankfurt. Under the motto “Solutions for a sustainable future”, the world’s leading trade fair for water, heating and air is presenting itself as a modern and clearly structured event. The visitor is the focus of attention: the trade fair is responding to current developments in the industry and creating a platform for innovations and sustainable solutions.

New: the special area for spas, pools and wellness

For the first time, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für das Badewesen, the Deutsche Sauna-Bund e.V.  and the Bundesverband Schwimmbad & Wellness (bsw) are presenting the latest trends and technologies together with the BT Verlag and well-known companies in the pool and wellness industry. In doing so, they are sending a signal for future cooperation and strong collaboration within the branch. In addition, the aim is to create visibility and to give trade visitors from the plumbing, air conditioning and heating industry a first insight into the world of spas, pools and wellness.

Exciting presentations on the lecture area

In addition to the exhibition booths, visitors can expect a daily program of informative presentations on current industry topics such as covers, materials, sustainability and product innovations.

In his presentation, Stephan Kortus explains the central role of pool covers in the public sector. In addition to the availability of human resources, the enormous energy requirements of public swimming pools represent a major challenge. “By using a cover, the energy required to operate a pool can be reduced by 60%. This makes it possible to extend the swimming season on the one hand, and on the other hand, higher temperatures that are more pleasant for the swimmer can be achieved with the same effort.”
