New Sales Member: Welcome to the Team, Sebastian Ebe!
In February, we welcomed Sebastian as a new member of the BAC sales team. With his wide-ranging experience and his structured, customer-oriented way of working, he brings valuable expertise to our company.
His path into sales is as exciting as it is varied: after five years in the automotive industry, Sebastian developed a strong technical understanding. He then took on responsibility for over a decade as a department manager for ultrasound data evaluation in a pipeline inspection company – where he honed his analytical thinking. He finally discovered his passion for customer service in his last position as sales manager for polishing agents, where he looked after major customers in South and North America.
What is most important to him when dealing with customers?
“For me, a respectful and friendly relationship is the basis of any collaboration,” says Sebastian. “I place great value on clear communication, reliability and transparent processes – and on implementing solutions quickly and efficiently.
Impressed by the team spirit and quality
Sebastian has gained many impressions during his first 100 days at BAC: “I was particularly impressed by the professional and always positive working environment in all departments that I got to know during my induction. The way we deal with each other is open and informal – whether during working hours or during breaks. And what really fascinates me: The enormous effort that goes into every single product, as well as the precision and quality of the end products.
And when he’s not working with clients?
Sebastian enjoys spending time with his family and friends, relaxing in cafes and bars, and getting out and exploring nature – whether on a walk or just taking a deep breath.
