Kerstin Menzel-Teetzen joins BAC, proving that accounting is about more than just numbers, as she juggles numbers and designs processes with a smile.

She is particularly enthusiastic about the variety of her new role: ‘Accounting here covers all areas – it was precisely this diversity that appealed to me immediately,’ she says. With her many years of experience in a wide range of industries, from hotels to software companies, the German Child Protection Association, and scientific institutes, she brings a wealth of experience to the table. She particularly appreciates it when her work offers a colourful mix of different tasks.

Kerstin describes herself as creative, open-minded and tolerant. In her free time, she likes to relax with a good book, go to the cinema, or attend concerts. She also enjoys a wide range of sports — exercise is simply part of her life, whether it’s tennis, swimming, surfing, or cycling.

When asked how her first few days at BAC were, she beams and replies, “Wonderful!” She is particularly looking forward to getting to know her new colleagues and taking on exciting challenges. She has already found her favourite spot in the office and reveals with a wink: ‘On the roof by the pool.’
