Our sales team in Oftringen is pleased to welcome a new member: Thomas Fraternali, a qualified motorcycle mechanic with many years of experience in sales, joined the company around three months ago and has already become an integral part of BAC. In addition to his strong technical knowledge, he places great importance on maintaining close communication with customers: “Finding the right solution together is a central part of my work.”

What’s better than a pool?
He was particularly impressed by the combination of our exciting products and our friendly team. “What’s better than a pool?” he asked with a smile, feeling that he was in good hands with us.

Getting started was easy for him, says Thomas. It’s no wonder, given the collegial atmosphere, varied tasks and enjoyment he gets from his daily work. These are exactly the things he appreciates about his new job, and he is fully committed to it.

Versatile interests, both professionally and personally
Thomas is just as committed in his free time as he is at work: he loves to repair old scooters, goes fishing, reads a lot and devotes himself to craft projects. He also enjoys spending time with his family outdoors — he’s a true all-rounder, not just at work.

Farewell to retirement – thank you, Josiane!
Thomas is gradually taking over customer care from Josiane, who is retiring at the end of July after a long and well-deserved career. He will be supported by our long-standing employees Hans Kiener and Antonio Giglietta. In addition to our German-speaking customers, Antonio will also look after those in western and Italian-speaking Switzerland. Together, they will ensure that our customers continue to receive the best possible consulting.

Josiane has been a valuable member of our team for many years. ‘I look back with great gratitude on my time at BAC: the exciting and interesting projects, the great colleagues, the many experiences, and above all the warm and appreciative contact with our customers. It was a great pleasure. But now it’s time for me to focus on my hobbies, and I’m really looking forward to it.”

We would like to thank Josiane from the bottom of our hearts for her many years of dedicated and always professional work at BAC. Thanks to her expertise, reliability, and her unique approach to cultivating customer relationships, she played a pivotal role in shaping the BAC family over the years.
