we would like to inform you that BAC pool systems will be acquired by the Fluidra Group. The takeover is subject to the usual closing conditions and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.

With the Fluidra Group, BAC has a strong partner at its side as a new owner who wants to maintain and sustainably develop BAC. BAC will remain an independent company within the Fluidra Group and will be expanded as a future platform for pool cover solutions. With the Fluidra Group, BAC will be able to further consolidate its own strengths and gradually expand its existing offering in order to expand its presence in the DACH region and in Europe.

Nothing will change for you in our business relationship. We will continue to be available to you as usual as a reliable and competent partner with our products and services, with the same management team.
